Neil Nines brings a melodic, emotional edge to the KREAM show, blending melodic house, techno, and progressive sounds with a background that runs deeper than the dance floor. His musical roots stretch from rock bands and classical training to the EDM artists that pulled him into this world, with longtime inspiration coming from names like Tiësto, Avicii, Above and Beyond, Kaskade, and KREAM. That mix shows up clearly in his sets, where big melodies meet patient builds and moments that actually breathe.
His path into DJing came from the need to perform again. After college, while trying to piece together another rock band, he fell hard for electronic music, started producing, and realized DJing was the next step. Classes at Scratch Academy in Philadelphia turned curiosity into momentum, and from there things started clicking. What keeps him locked in is the connection with the crowd. That shared energy and that moment when a room moves together.
Outside the booth, Neil stays active and curious. He’s back into competitive tennis, loves snowboarding and surfing, and spends as much time traveling and working on his culinary skills as he can. This past summer took him across Hungary, Austria, France, and Poland, trips that directly shaped his upcoming full length album Wunderlust, dropping December 29. The project [is rooted in melodic house and techno] pulls in rock and orchestral elements and leans into themes of exploration, adventure, and the quiet loneliness that comes with life on the road.
